When I clicked on InStyle’s LOOK OF THE DAY, I immediately fell in love with this fit and flare lace dress! Then I thought, wait a minute…I just wore a “version” of this concept the other day and loved it! This style of dress is perfect as is, not much accessorizing necessary as you can see. That said, you can also “choose your mood” and accessorize it to taste.
While I have lace dresses with the nude underlay, I opted for this above-the-knee turquoise one and dressed it down for daytime by adding this mixed material ruffle jacket as it was chilly outside. This time I wanted to accentuate my waist so I found a belt that complimented the feminine vibe, then took the ladylike look all the way down to the shoes and popped it with a flower cocktail ring
(understated diamond drop earrings and black opaque tights not shown)!
