“Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.” -Bill Gates

Ouch!

If we take the emotion out of Bill’s quote we can see it for what it is, take down our masks, and have a conversation for the good of the whole.

When we, as a #personalbrand or #corporatebrand, make a mistake no shame or guilt needs to ensue.

…We all make mistakes, right?

One of the biggest opportunities in today’s market and culture is to ensure your client feels heard (seek 1st to understand) so that in integrity you can:

  • Be accountable to what may need to change
  • Learn
  • Refine “best practices”

In doing so, everyone is a winner!

Over the last 18 years of being in business, while I value delivering excellence, I’ve become grateful for learning opportunities of this nature.

Why?

Because I don’t always get it right (but I have a pretty good track record!)

It’s made me a better businesswoman, speaker, trainer, coach…and client.
