Do you give yourself permission to “unplug”?  Take care of your body, it’s the only one you have!

…How do you take self-care and unplug from all the activities, responsibilities, distractions all around you? This past week was rich and oh so full of memorable client interactions, socializing, and good times….BUT I had to (got to) rest and recharge. Society urges us to “do the next thing”, go to the next event, watch one more show, or log in one more time. How do you create balance for yourself?  Had a lazy night last night, napped today… and gave myself permission to take time away from social media!   Getting my own house in order so to speak, so I can get back out there next week and passionately do what I do :-0!.

Looking your best is about *feeling your best*…What can you do today to psychologically and physically unplug in order to refuel for Monday?

Here’s to you!

Championing YOU…YOUR STYLE, BRAND, AND CONFIDENCE
